Coffee

Do you sell coffee?
Yes. Live bags appear in Coffee. The menu stays short on purpose. See the coffee guide.

How do I choose a bag?
Use roast level and tasting notes on the product page. Brighter fruit → lighter/medium. Chocolate and body → medium-dark or house dark. Prefer whole bean when you grind at home.

Where is the coffee from?
Each bag lists growing origin. We favor small farms and grower cooperatives when the lot description supports it. See sourcing.

Is every bag grown in Puerto Rico?
No. Our brand carries a Puerto Rico highland soul. Bean origin is always on the label and product page. We only mark a coffee as Puerto Rican-grown when that is true.

Where is it roasted?
Roasted and packed in the United States under the Casa Rústico label. We focus the product story on origin and cup — not the facility that runs the roast.

Subscriptions?
When a product offers subscribe-and-save or multi-delivery, it will show on that product page. Otherwise order one-time anytime.

Gifts?
Yes — coffee bags when listed, plus mugs, latte mug, pint glass, and hoodies. Start at coffee gifts or merch.

Merch

What is available now?
Dark hoodie, light hoodie, white glossy mug (11 / 15 / 20 oz), 12 oz latte mug, and 16 oz shaker pint glass — all with the house mark. Printful fulfilled.

Sizing?
Hoodies S–3XL. See the size guide. Wash cold, inside out; tumble low or hang dry.

Can I return merch?
Defective or wrong item — contact us promptly. Opened coffee is generally not returnable. Full terms: refund policy.

Shipping & orders

Where do you ship from?
The United States. Coffee and merch may ship in separate packages if fulfilled by different partners.

How long does shipping take?
See shipping policy. Print-on-demand merch typically needs production time before carrier transit.
